For all the pumps in the rear of the boat ground wires can just be daisy chained? 14ga?

for the fill pumps, I tie them together to a 12ga and run that the to battery. The port drain is right at the batteries on a typical Tige and there is a GND BUSS on the starboard transom wall for the that drain pump.

I do have roll of 12 ga so might as well.

I have dual batteries at the back. I am assuming which ever battery I use is irrelevant

Correct, doesnt matter as the batt's grounds all tie back the the engine.

Q. Would it be better to have a separate switch for each pump or will 1 switch for both do?

No reason to have separate switches, just use one for both drain pumps that way that bag is on a single switch for filling and draining.

Run the port side pump's power and gnd over to the starboard pump and tie them together. Then run one short run power and ground to the helm.
