Leaking fitting on ballast bag???

have a leak in my front port ballast bag. I got in there today and filled the Ballast bag up through the pump out hole. There was a pretty good drip coming from one of the fittings. If I take this fitting apart, can I put some gasket sealer or something like that on it to seal? Do they make specific washers for this

The fix will depend on the style of fitting and exactly where the leak is from. Tige has used a few different fitting types over the years.
