The starboard rear ballast on my 2010 24 VE will not drain. The fuse for the pump was blown and blows when it is replaced. I presume the pump is bad. I think the drain pump is located below the floor in the back compartment by the transom under the TAPS oil reservoir, but I can't see how to get to the pump without cutting a hole in the floor. What is the best process to access this pump?

^ yep! Remove the rear wall along with the engine divider walls and lift the TAPs pump to then lift the floor.Comment
