Has both the shim blocks as well in original packaging. Has some dings on 2 corners and a small crack in the face. Filled/sealed with 2 part epoxy so it can't incur water.
Buyer will need the boat side velcro. I can include velcro for another $30 or buyer could purchase elsewhere.
