    WTB OEM TAPS 3

I’m looking for taps 3. Not recreated look alike taps, I want the originals. It was an option on my boat, but it didn’t come on it. I really just want the originals though. I’ve researched many different types and if I’m going to spend the money I want it to look as if they came on it from the factory. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

You cannot buy OEM. Germaine however, has duplicated to the T, Tiges Taps 3 plates.

RZX TAPS plates are not the same as R and Z series TAPS plates.

I didnt want to make someone sad

They are bigger, and all the other boats run smaller for good reason. Word on the street is Tige is going back to a small plate for all the boats in the near future.

Why are they going back to a smaller plate ? What is the issue with the larger size ? Please do tell elevated.

I didnt say it was a sure thing, its word on the street. May or may not happen. Production simplicity would be the biggest reason, performance of the taps 3 system would be the second. Bigger isnt always better.
