Factory Mooring Cover for a 22v

I have a factory mooring cover for a 2006 22v. It hasnt been used since 2008. I had bought one that didnt go over the swim deck and this one has sat in a box in the garage. It is blue in color and goes from the nose of the boat all the way over the swim deck. You can pull with this cover in you wanted to.

does it have the holes and velcro for the tower?also what color blue?

yes it has the holes and velcro for the factory tower and its like a navy blue maybe a little lighter
