Thats actually a much better deal, the 7.5 is identical to the new green loogey, just not in color. It has the new shape, which is supposed to be much better.

I don't know if I'd consider the yellow a good all around board or well suited for someone up at 235, especially a newbie. The 5'6" Broadcast would probably be a better option.

Hey Ragboy, I'll bet that you'll enjoy the new Green...they've increased the length up to 4'6" - that's pretty much the standard LOA these days for small wakesurfs. When they changed the nose that really helped with hard bottom turns. The model that James won, used to catch in the flats, pointing the nose got rid of that, for the most part.

At this point I am not sure what size we need. We would need something that could be used by a variety of size people. My oldest about 165 to myself up to 235. We are shopping and educating our selves about these wakesurfs. Tried it for the 1st time this summer and got hooked. It is now on the gotta have list!

Not sure if you are still looking or not but we are going to sell our 2007 Hyperlight broadcast 5'6 for $200. It's a great board to learn on. very little use and no damage at all. We had people from 105lbs all the way up to about 250lbs and everyone got up and had fun on it

Got the new green loogey a few weeks ago, haven't had a chance to test it yet. The new design is supposed to REALLY help, especially against perling, and better for spins/360s.

I have one already, my wife would shoot me if I bought a second one. We do enjoy riding it. Lots of fun. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Yeh, they email me everyday with the special of the day. Pretty cool. I bought one for the smaller people on my boat (they are all smaller). The red tide is a little large for most of them
