I did a search on previous threads that referenced adding gas struts to support the flip up bow seats, but they were so old the pictures weren't viewable anymore.
I want to add a gas strut to hold the flip up bow seat open but I'm having trouble determining gas strut length and mounting location. I know a number of folks have done this mod on their pre 2006 V's so I would appreciate any photos and details on your installation and the struts you used.
