Very cool, that makes my day, I love to hear that. The wake looks nice and chocolaty. ;-) Get that rub rail down a bit more and it will get even better. Keep posting the pics and vids.
That is what its all about. We have super good friends that vist 2-3 times at the lake for fun and boating. this yr we got all surfing and they went nuts. Beck (the 16 yr old) really got excited and they came up another 3 times to surf. His Mom and Dad went to. I think I posted Ralph here a few weeks ago. So lots of fun and now I'm making new ballast plan with Chpthril. Keep shreddin.
We tried wakesurfing a couple of times last year. It started off great but the boys lost interest. I made several attempts
this summer but only received the typical teenage response (which is more like hungry apes with sleep deprivation)
I looked at Ragboy's Wake9 website and took in as much advice as possible. Our surf maker skills needed refinement, along with a fresh new approach (ape antidote)
From there I proceeded to buy three new Fatsac's and a Tsunami water pump. With sac and people, we were about 1600lbs+ on port and starboard (two skiers were goofy). This gave us a nice 4' clean surf on both sides. (a good foot difference from last year)
This created the perfect surf just like the ones on Ragboy's website.
The sport of Wake Surfing has risen from the dead. Everybody wants to surf now. I couldn't imagine life without YouTube, high speed internet, and people willing to share their time and knowledge for the good of good.
Thanks Ragboy!
