So looking for some ballast bags for wakeboarding. I like to slalom as well and I have to trailer my boat to the lake so I'm avoiding lead for now.
Pretty much what I've seen is fill the bow bag all the way, but people seem to vary wildly on stern ballast, from 250lbs in each locker to 600lbs. What are y'all thoughts?
I see wakemakers has a custom fit bow bag for the 2100v that holds 230lbs. However most of the topics on this I've seen people claiming they can get about 400lbs in the bow with universal bags. So are people just mis-estimating how much the bow is holding, or do the universal bags fill some space that the custom bag doesn't?
