Quieter waters for fun and water sports on the Grand Glaize Arm with the "big lake" restaurants and attractions just a short boat ride or drive away! Great area for wakeboarding, surfing or coving out. Mere minutes away from the old "Party Cove", which we now enjoy as an awesome surf cove! Can sleep up to 11 with 4 queens, a trundle and 2 twin beds. This is our home away from home, we've never rented it. Its not perfect, but its comfortable, relaxing and well equipped. Please no parties or subleases. Looking for people who will enjoy it but not trash it. Boat ramp and trailer parking a reasonable drive away at PB#2. Other ramps options available closer to the condo for the more adventurous! No trailer parking onsite.
$200.00 a night slip and lift included

6th night free with 5 night rental
Cleaning fee - $100.00
Refundable Damage Deposit - $300.00
