    Yes, but they have done a good job of covering the hose clamp with heat shrink, so I’d need to cut it and get some the right size to put back on and shrink it. Is the heat shrink really needed?

    Back in the good ol' days a 2006 22ve
    They use the head shrink to protect the sac from the sharp tail of the clamp. A few turns of electrical tape would do in a pinch.
