Ultra Deck which is another company that does the foam decking had a picture on their IG using this with a brush: https://www.meangreendegreaser.com/p...uper-strength/
I use Totally Awesome heavily with a brush then suck it all up with a wet/dry vac. Seems to work well.

I think a brush is key. But the SCwake stuff does work really well, I use it.
Whether good old simple green or Totally Awesome would work just as well merits investigation. But nothing will work so well without a brush and some elbow grease.

I've been following this thread as I have been wondering the same thing. Larry, does it matter what kind of brush in your opinion?
I might have to try some of that cleaner!
I ended up using the RAD clean all from hula boat care as it said it was good to use on Eva foam surfaces. I sprayed a lot on the soak it well then used a brush to scrub and wiped off with a towel. Seemed to work well

I don't think so, but I have not tried a wide variety of brushes. Obviously, if you attack with one of those BBQ grill brushes, it will be too harsh, so something soft is good.
I should also say, that I only clean the foam when I have a water supply. It seems that for it to work best, you have to be able to rinse it off. So I do it in the driveway with the hose, or at the lake with a bucket of water and let it go down into the bilge.

This forum never ceases to amaze me! Thank you Larry for the recommendation on the SC Boat Juice! I took our boat to the local DIY car wash. I followed the instructions on the bottle and had a bucket of water as I cleaned all the gator step. After spraying, scrubbing, and rinsing with a bit of water from the bucket, I then used the car wash wand on rinse mode to clean it all up. I will never use anything else to clean it. I’m not sure these before and after pictures do it justice. I used it on all the gator step in our boat, and used less than 1/4 of the bottle.

Thanks again Larry for the recommendation!

Glad to hear you got good results with it. It seems your boat is so happy it turned itself sideways.
