I may now where a set of Tige up-rights are that those will bolt directly to. If not, your current up-rights would have to be drilled to match the rack.
I have a set from an 07 20V. if you still need pm me.
Mp's will work also, same bolt pattern from 05 < on the E series tower

You can buy the TIGE ones and put them on. I did it on that same upright as yours. Here is a photo with my whole set up and the racks swivel right into the boat. They work great right where they are. I have a template for drilling them out and mounting the racks if you need that also.

Here are some shots of the swivel board racks from a Tige 07 20V that had its tower replaced due to a bone head move. Asking price for the pair is in PM I sent. The racks have never had boards in them for what that is worth. probably worth a -:02:
If your billets have the 4 screw hole for the main swivel piece and a larger hole for removing the swivel crank you should be all set.
Other wise it would be real easy to make a template and use that to mount these Tige Racks. They are a heck of a lot less than Sampson racks that are on my replacement tower.
Let me know.

Yea, I tried to take it off when I bought the boat but if I do I will also take off the clear film protecting the back of the boat so I left it there.

Can I get that template? I'm attempting to do the same install after my wakedesign racks fell apart.

When did you purchase your boat? If I am correct, you have a 2006 or 2007 20v correct? Are you the first or second owner?
Could be a warranty issue if you haven't exceeded the 3 years of ownership of the boat if you are the initial owner.

06 20V, original owner. 3 yrs exceedes in 2 weeks!!! ARGH!
I contacted Wakedesigns direct because of a separate issue (their rubber was falling apart and leaving black residue over EVERYTHING). Dude said they had a bad batch of rubber, but since I didn't file the warranty card, he couldn't replace them. BS

You need to contact your dealer ASAP. Or Harvey on this board. You might even call Tige directly to make sure they have information about this issue so they don't heave about it after the two weeks has gone by. Keep track records/emils of people you have written to. Since Tige will not warranty them after 3 years. :02:
Those racks and rubber inserts are warranty items. QUICK QUICK QUICK!!!!!!

Are you affiliated with Capitol Watersports?

No, I am not affilicated with them at all. They are going out of business. Try Tri Valley Marine. They are located in your city.
Tri Valley Marine 5715 Southfront Rd, Livermore CA 94551 925-371-5456
BTW, Capital Water Sports is going out of business. So getting anything warrantied by them would be difficult. Not impossible but difficult since their service department is swamped. Their tech's will be there until July that I hear but Clarice has moved on (Service Department's desk support person) to a State of CA job. :ro:

Tri Valley Marine is terrible! I actually drove up to Sacramento last summer for my 100hr service at Capitol. They did a fantastic job. Sad to hear they are done.
How do I get a hold of Harvey? Should I just call Tige's warranty hotline (Andrew's old number)? I have that on speed dial since my engine blew up at 45 hrs.

Try Ryan at:
Bohner Lacefield Marine
10740 Highway 41 Madera CA 93638
Phone: 559.431.0336 Fax: 559.431.8205
They will be in business for awhile from what I understand. :02:
Or call Tige but I am sure they will refer you to Tri Valley. :(

Beans....When my engine blew, Dave was a complete mess. I've been there for a couple of other problems and he hasn't fixed a thing. I stopped going there last April. Thanks for the info!

Got 'em!
Harvey was no help on the swivel racks. He did send a replacement strap. But since chpthril sent the entire rubber set, I'm good to go.
I still would love to get my hands on the swivel racks, or at least find out how much they cost.
