Purchasing 2005 Tige from factory

I live in the Reno Nevada area and am looking to purchase a 2005 Tige 22i, does anyone know if I order direct from the factory in Texas and pick it up myself, if I can get a better deal than if I ordered from a dealership or at the boat show??

I may be wrong, but I don't think you can purchase directly from the factory. I believe you have to go through a dealer. But again, I may be totally wrong on this. It probably works like buying a car. You order from a dealer, not the factory.

Yeah, im not sure either, a friend just told me to try and see if I could order through the factory, might be cheaper. Im going to call the factory just to see if i can or not, It was just a thought to save some $$. I know like with a car you can order through a "Fleet Manager" and save a few thousand dollars, didn't know if there is any similar program for boats. Will let you know when I find out, thanks for your input, always appreciated!! L
