Moving Board Racks

Just curious if it was possible to move the board racks on the "tower of power". I have a 02' 22i and I dont really like having the racks on the top of the tower, would rather have them on the sides. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure they are in for good, but I'm not totally sure...
