Most definately you will enjoy the kid(s). They try your patience at times, but when you come home and they run up and give you a big hug......game over.

Oh Dude, that is a crusher on the old heart. It took us a few tries to get one to take but it was well worth it. We kept her a secret for 5 whole months just for that reason. Just keep plugging away.

I'm not sure "plugging away" is PC for that situation but, it made me chuckle so...

Sorry to hear the news. Had to edit my reply (sorry). We have been down that road too and it is a heart breaking. My wife took it very hard. It is worth it when it finally happens. It also makes you cherish them all the more.

I am way late to this sorry to hear about this. Keep your heads up and you will get through it. I know it is not easy but there is comfort in knowing you are not alone in this. Other have had the same things happen. We had a friend who lost there at 6 months in. It was sad but they now have 8 kids. Hang in there.

Yeah we've come to terms with it... It was harder for my wife than for me... She had to go through the whole surgery (DNC) and it was very hard for her... She still has bad days every now and again... Hopefully this month things take off... We haven't really tried too hard until this month... And like I said... That's the fun part anyway!

It is sad to hear this. Hang in there. We lost two but also have two great kids, well they are adults now. This is not uncommon and it happens and usually for a reason. The body knows when things are not right. Good wishes to you and your wife.
