Oil

I Just got a 2004 22v with the 335 vortec and was wondering what you guys are running for oil and what worked the best synthetic, or regular, or a blend and what viscosity and weight? Thanks in advance for any advice.

My engine is a Fuel Injected 350 from Marinepower USA. They recommended I run straight 30 wt. Change it every spring and check it every time we are out.
