Does anyone have any words of wisdom when it comes to interior color choices? It seems most are either white or light grey. I'm leaning towards the light grey because it won't show as much. The white does look nice when new though...

With all the rebuild work you are doing I would go with white. IMO it looks richer as long as it is kept clean and that you don't put too much cleaning stuff on the interior because it can make it yellow. There are a few brands that don't yellow over time but it's winter and my vinyl cleaning brain cells are taking the winter off.

I would at least through in some other color like in piping or something. Go with a at least a mid grade vinyl. Base line is like Bayliner stuff and premo would be like factory hi-end boats. Get the best you can afford, but better not only holds up longer, but resits dirt better.

There will definately be some color. Also, there is the issue of seams. I know that the fewer the seams the better. The two places that I'm most concerned with this in on seat portion of the captain's chair and the seat portion on the passenger side. Any other areas I'm missing?
even light gray can get REALLY hot in the sun fyi

I would have all the seams reinforced. Ask the upholstery guy what they suggest.

White all the way. Even light colors can take the skin off on a really hot summer day. My boat looks plain vanilla, but it is much more comfortable than any other I have had in 30+ years of owning a boat.
