they should have put a worked up Chevy motor in it somewhere and make it inboard/outboard...

People in cuba actually make homemade rafts and then put car on them to propel it in hopes of reaching the FL coast.

Sadly enough, that fellow spent countless hours building that thing. Wow. Some people have entirely too much free time. READ A BOOK, PLAY WITH YOUR KIDS, TAKE AN ONLINE CLASS.....anything is more productive:confused:

or he made it with the ballast ;).... idk making that seems pretty productive to me. Spend some time in the basment working on something, then get rewards for all the eyes with thumbs up lol
