Well, it was a long time coming but I finally have my boat back. After hitting a sand bar last November, we were back on the water this Sat and Sun @ Lewisville.

Parts replaced:
Tracking Fins
Shaft
Strut
Prop
Steering Wheel
Tilt Mchinism
Cable
Wedge kit for wheel
decals
Fiberglass work

Also replaced:
Tower
Perfect pass motor
Tower speakers
replaced navigation lights with docking lights
put in new amp and sub
fully automatic ballast system
LED lights throught (including trailer)
stereo remote

I would like to give a big thank you to the Slalom Shop, especially Kent the service director for pulling some strings and putting up with me.

Congrats, see ya on Lewisville sometime. BTW, those speakers and the tower are awesome.

Killer tower! your boat is sweet! So how much did all that work set you back? Are you still able to put food on the table!

Leaving Pier 121, headed back towards the other side of the lake (Sneakys/35/hickory creek). Before the no wake zone between the short and long damn, there is a island that extended out about 100 yards 4 inches under water.

That night two other boats ran across it, but were going fast enough, or hit it in the right spot to make it across. The next day when we were pulling it off, another boat hit it.

We've came close to it only a few times weve been over on that side of the lake. When we used to have a 31 ft. Formula cabin cruiser thing, we hit a sandbar right around their and 2 boats had to pull us out. We stay away from that part of the lake now.
