anyone know the correct part number for a '99 21v mercrusier starter?
ours is about to go dead.

If you can remove the starter yourself, you would probably be better off to take it to a starter/alternator shop and have it rebuilt. Chances are it just needs new brushes and would probably cost less than $75.00 to repair. I had to have the same thing done to mine a while back. As I recall, a new starter was over $200.
