Tige weekend in the Oklahoma/Texas area

Does anyone know of anything going on this summer, like maybe a tige regatta? I think it would be a great idea. Andrew, Matt, any ideas? Just wondering.

Funny you asked. We are actually having a Tige Owners Night at the Dallas Boat Show. It will be Friday February 6th from 5pm - close. Keith Lyman will be present to talk wakeboarding and boats. You will also be able to meet the founder and owner of Tige, Charlie Pigeon. There will be prizes and giveaways for everyone that comes to see all the new 2004 product at the boat show. Hope to see you there.

Also, we will be having a Tige Reunion this summer. I'm not sure what the dates are going to be but will keep you posted.

hey dom, you have to come to the summer meeting. last years was great. I know of some hidden water on lewisville that is always flat no matter what the weather or lake traffic is like.

well, presuming I dont move this summer, I'm so there. Keep me posted. I love to board glass, and I need to get with some people so I can figure out what I'm doing wrong with my jumps and stuff. Anyway, let me know, and I'm gonna try and get down there on the 6th. Where is the boat show at? I kinda know dallas, but driving directions from Oklahoma city would be GREAT:)

Have you tried viewing the detenition video.....I got it this off season and it has real good instruction in it and cant wait to try correcting my wrongs this season.

In 2003 we went to the Tige reunion on Lake Lewisville and thats what got my family to decide on buying a Tige.

For anyone who rides on Lewisville, Where do you all ride at and are you still out now or is your boat winterized?

I normally ride on the West Side of 1-35 near those huge houses on the bank. I occasionally ride by Stewart Creek Peninsula (by Pier 121 Marina). I also hear that the water is usually glass by the South Side of the dam. I have the boat winterized so I am dying to get out. What about you?

Usually every Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday morning I ride on the West Side of I-35 I think it is in the little cove and the long skiing strip near all of the trees sticking out of the water. I usually stay around Eagle Point Marina and the bridge right by it on both sides. Ive been to a few other places across the lake near 121 but Im not sure what the places are called. I'm normally out around 8-12 A.M. on weekends and 5-8 P.M. on Friday nights. Our boat is winterized now but we are planning on taking it out soon.

well if anyone want's to go for a sat sometime let me know. My boat is winterized, well not really, I go out still when it's nice out. I just pull all the plugs and keep two heaters on it, so it won't hurt it;) Anyway, if someone want's to go, I"m down for it. I'll haul the boat somewhere if someone knows a good place. I don't know any of the names of the places I ride but I talked to Matt Garcia at the boat show and I ride at the same place he does and on his post he has more info about that...but prettymuch I ride all over Lewisville depending on how crowded or windy it is...
