Found a smoking deal on a Fly High Pro X Series Integrated Bow Sac but I can not return it if it does not fit. I understand that I will not be able to completely fill it but hope I am good for 500lbs at least.

Who has this in a 22VE mounted under the seats? I do not want it to sit on top fo the seats.

Thanks so much.

I have one in my 2100v, you should have more room in your boat. I get about 600lbs out of mine.

you can always sell it to someone else for probably what you paid for it.

yeah depending on the deal. I plan on trying to get rid of some of my extra wire and what not off the boat install just for what I paid for it to just get it out of my house!, oh but wait, maybe not as a new daily driver is in the future, and could use the wire for it:)

Don't knock it until you try it. You'd be amazed how differently your boat rides and the shape of the wake, both for wake surfing and wakeboarding.

well I mean I have 200 in the front. It's nice. I would put more, but just not room. I have 3-400 in both compartments up front too. I know when my friend rides up front the wake is nicer(he weighs just under 3)

do you have weight in your lockers as well up front? I mean is that all the weight you have up front? I have 100 on each side where you have that sac, then right behind I have the 3-400 sacs in the compartments, then the stuff in back. You really think it would make that much more diff? I don't have a lot of room though either, that's another issue, the 21i, isn't very deep at all in that area. Pretty sure that sac would NEVER fit.

trust me I thought about buying that 24ve for sale, but I would rather buy a new daily driver as much as I drive. There will be other good deals. Plus, i haven't hardly used my boat this year, although will start again soon:)

Normally, I'll start with either a partial/full fill of the bow sac (400-600 lbs). If I go more than 400, I will fill the 2 V-Drive sacs I have in the rear (350 each). I've also got a 150 lb sac with handles on it that we move around. If I fill the rear sacs and we're wakeboarding, I'll usually throw the 150 in the bow walkway as far forward as I can and fill up the bow sac as much as it will go. My boat's got about as much room as yours up front, that's why I said you'd be surprised how much you can fill up there. The nice thing about the Fly High integrated bow sac is that it will fill up the entire storage area underneath the seats from the windshield forward.

As you said, driving with that much weight is a bit challenging, but you just have to get used to it. In general, I try to stick to 50/50 or 60/40 (front/back) weight distribution. The convex V hull/taps combination seems to work best that way.

I have a long, tubelike sac underneath the long bench on the observers side that we fill for surfing along with the V-Drive sac on that one side. I've found it works better if I put the V-Drive sac on top of the seat and strap it to the tower so it won't fall over. The wake for surfing gets really nice that way.

i was afraid the sac would get a hole in it up front.

I avoid this by covering the bow-eye bolts with an old koozie.
