fuel gauge - Tige' 21v - 2001

Does any know where the sending unit is for the fuel gauge.

Own a 2001 Tige' 21v. The fuel gauge will only register full. Is there a way to test the sending unit and how? But first I must locate the unit. Any help would be apprecaited. The boat shop says they are on a 3 week backlog and dont what to lose those weeks.

On my 2001 23V it's on/in the fuel tank. Are you sure it will only register full? Mine stays on full until there's about 10 gallons left and then it drops rapidly to empty.

it is located on the aft top of the tank. to get to it you have to remove the rear center seat section then lift the floor out.
