I recently purchased a Stinger SR200 isolator and will be installing it with a second battery for my stereo next week.
I am trying to figure out what source to use for the "true ignition" wire. Has anyone wired one of these before? I've heard you can use something like a fuel gauge power wire, but I'm not at all sure how that would work.
Also, with the ground from the isolator, should I connect it to both batteries, or just one?
Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
