BTW, I was ordering a surf board rack from them and mentioned that the main bolts for the tower were starting to rust and they told me they had a bad batch of bolts 2 years ago that were contaminated with some other alloy. The sent replacements with my order.
Oh yeah, they did send the girls, albeit in calendar form :D

They sent me an extra board rack. I still don't know why. I only ordered one, there was a box of 2. Maybe because I ordered it with the tower. I do find that you need to torque the hell out of the board rack main nuts (not the ones on the tower mount, but the ones that hold the collar for the spindle) or it will spin.

Yes, but after a while, they'll stay better. I've had no issues with mine for the last 2 years.

Yea my racks are nice I love them. And I do agree with spharis, You do really have to torque them down.
