I have a 04 21i with the 335 marine power mpi engine with 50 hrs. The problem is the engine won't rev over 3100 rpm and sometimes dies for a second then continues running.This seems to only happen with 5 or more people on the boat.Conventional wisdom tells me to change the fuel filter and then go from there.My problem is where to get one,there are no dealer in the pittsburgh area. and searhing the web for marine power parts has proved difficult at best.
Any sugesstions on what else it might be would be great,the local marine said they have a two week backlog and we are going to norman lake on vacation in two weeks so I am starting to get nervous.
