What kind of tower is this

Just bought this 2001 2100V Limited and I can't find a name on the tower. The previous owner is moving and has ALL the books on this boat pack 'Somewhere' Could be 3 months before I see any books.
Does anyone have a clue?

yep, it's a metcraft. Looking at the racks, it appears to be the later 2001 version. The bimin doesn't look like a factory one though.
