Throttle springs back to neutral when let go - anything out there to produce friction or tighten lever to keep in same position. Can't do prefect pass just yet - you see I spent (over spent) too much customizing bike this past winter.

Throttle I'm referring to is on my 2000 21V boat not bike. Throttle on bike works great, sometimes to good.

What type of bike is that? It looks really good.

If your throttle springs back to neutral when you release, perfect pass will not work for you. I don't know much about the specific design of the throttle arm but I do know that for perfect pass to work the throttle arm must remain within a certain range for perfect pass to maintain speed. If the throttle retards too much you will get an '#' symbol on the PP display. If the throttle arm continues to retard the boat will begin to decelerate, even with PP engaged.
