Perfect Pass paddlewheel replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the paddlewheel in the bottom of the hull? Is it a big deal? Anything in particular to watch out for?

I have not had to replace it but I did do the install myself and there is really nothing to it. Just be sure to use a good sealant when you put the new one in.
