You gotta use the number pad on the right side of your keyboard. It doesn't work if you use the numbers at the top of the keyboard. Make sure your numlock is on.

Sure it does. You just have to know how to turn the number-pad on, and then off. Not necessarily practical though. Just copy and paste :) é
