Thanks for your comments. Our dealer chose to order all of their boats without the Tige tower. Once at the dealership, Samson towers were installed. Some of the options were the mirror, racks and anchor light on the top of the tower integrated into the pylon.

Samson is a Northwest company and I had the opportunity to meet them at the Seattle Boat Show. Very will constructed and tons of options available. The towers fold down so I can get it under my carport at only 83 inches tall. Their website is www.samsonsports.com

We may have been twins because we debated about the grey bottom but we chose the white. What colors are your interior?

George,

It is an Extreme trailer out of California. Some of the options I chose were torsion axles (no leaf springs), oil encases bearings (no bearing grease all over), spare tire rack under the boat, and prop guard rollers. I was really impressed with the way the tanden axle trailer pulls. My old single axle trailer swayed quite abit, but the tandem tracks straight.

Talk to you soon.

Yllis,

We saw your boat at Skidog when we picked ours up on Friday. Looks like you were at Lake Tapps in that picture. We were very pleased with Skidog and the sales Manager Brady. Love our new boat - had it on the water this weekend. Your's looks great, too.:)

We had alot of compliments on our tower and accessories - Sampson - same as your's.

Very nice. I like red. How do you like those dock stays? THey keep the boat from moving towrds the dock?

wakewench,

I love the red. Where did you take the photo?

We did get it from Ski Dog and we were also very pleased with the service from Brady the sales manager. Dave held some paper that had to go to the bank so the financing got held up for about a week, but that was the only real glitch. Brady took extra good care of us!!!!

You were absolutely right, we went to Lake Tapps for our trial run. This is our first inboard style boat so there were some new things to learn. I can't wait to get out for real as soon as the weather gets better.

Shane,

I will get some photos for you. Anything specific on the trailer you want to look at? Give me a couple of days, I have the work thing to do.

blr - I'm a warm weather boarder and a novice at that. This boat is mainly for the kids to wakeboard behind, and my husband and I when the temperature is a bit warmer. There were a few people on the lake though with wet or drysuits.

ssrgeoff- The dock stay's do well to keep the boat from getting banged up but we are in the process of having a lift installed for this boat since it is much heavier than our other boat was. Sometimes it gets windy and rough and we don't want that much stress on the dock and especially take a chance with our boat. Thanks, we are happy with the red color and the scheme of the boat. Tough time deciding though.

yllis-Thanks for the compliment on the color. The photo was taken at our cabin on Mason Lake. This is our first inboard also and it sure takes a little getting used to docking although we got the hang of it over the weekend. Your boat went along with us to Lake Tapps while they did water testing on it. It absolutely poured on us while we were out for our drive and we had to trailer it until it passed. Your boat is beautiful - I looked inside it while it was at the shop;) Good luck with your new toy. Where do you go - Moses Lake??

wakewench,

I'm sorry the weather did not cooperate but Brady told us we hold the record for getting rained on. When we did our test drive it was 42 degrees wind blowing and raining so hard we were wet when we got out of the truck. BRRRRR!!!

It depends if we are camping or going for the day. Day trips we go to Vantage on the Columbia and is a little cool. We have a camper and boat at Banks, Roosevelt and our latest love is Lake Pond Orielle in Idaho about 45 minutes north of Cour de lane.

Moses Lake has a lot of algae and not one of my favorites.

Trick ride. I like the red. We are planning to get out Sunday.

Have you done your first service? Our dealer recommended a 10 service but the manual has 20. What are your thoughts?

where did you get that cover that is on your boat in the water? can you trailer with that? I'm looking at getting something to just cover the vinyl when towing, since I plan on some long trips this summer, and don't want the sun to beat down on it all day. I was gonna make my own but i'm running out of time. Thanks for the info.

domslude,

We ordered it with our boat. It is the canvas towing cover with tower (zips around the tower) so you can put it on with the tower upright. It also has a shock cord aroiund the sides that are encased in a zippered area and padded brackets that clip on the boat. It's a great cover and made where it can be cinched tight so there are no areas where there will be standing water if it rains. It is kind of a pain to put on the boat when it is at the dock because we cover it each night but it should be easier once we get it on the lift. If you have trouble finding it our dealer is Skidog Sports in Auburn, WA. Hope this helps.

I agree, the cover is awesome. We ordered a black one. It is trailerable and works great.

The company we got ours from most likely the same as wakewench's was Rankin. Their website is www.rankincovers.com.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Yllis - that is the brand of our cover. I wasn't sure until I saw your post and then I remembered the name. I've yet to put it on the boat by myself but I need to start practicing for summer when my husband is at work and the kids and I are "playing" all week.

love this Seattle weather we've been having!

Where is Skidog located? I know it is in Auburn WA but can someone give me their address?? I am going to try and sneak up there this Friday to take a look at a 22V but only have a generic Auburn WA address.

I-5 to Hwy 18 (eastbound) Take the Auburn Way exit and head South. continue for a couple of miles until you come to a Y in the road and stay to the right instead of going up the hill. Go to the stop sign and turn right. 1/2 block up on your right (before the 7-11)

If you would like to call Brady the sales manager beforehand, pm me and I can give you his cell number
