i finally figured out how to get the accent over the é like as in tigé

PRESS and HOLD ALT+130 on the number keypad to your right
looks like this!

you can do all sorts of accents and things like that just press and hold ALT the a 3 digit number combo of your choice

You could also bring up your character map and copy it from there. alt(0233) is the standard. Alt key codes are 4 chars by design.

Select "Microsoft Sam" as the vioce and paste this in the preview voice
