It's pretty easy. Each video has a parameter in it's URL. So, in the case of your first one:

'http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrDWYOlLA-w&feature=related'

It's the parameter named 'v', so you would just stick everything after the '=' and before the '&' in between the You Tube encoding. In this case, it would be the 'yrDWYOlLA-w' (minus the single quotes). It works very much like the embedded image tag, except you don't use the full URL, just the parameter that identifies the video.
