Rolex 24 at Daytona

Just wanted to remind everyone of the greatest road race in America, the 24 Hours of Daytona, is this weekend. The race starts @ 1:30 PM on Sat. and ends, you guessed it, 1:30 PM Sun. The first part of the race will be on FOX with coverage finishing up on SPEED. YEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAA!

I usaually watch more than I did, (went to sand mountain) so not knowing what went on during the night I kinda felt like I was missing something. I was glad to see Scott Pruett get the win.

Ha, you were missing something, rain. It was coming down in buckets during the night. There was also a red flag (only the third in event history) due to someone taking out a section a gaurd rail. He was OK, but they had to fix the railing. My boys in the #20 were doomed from the start. They finally just parked it after Tony's last stint with about 2 hours to go. More history making events and records and stats that you can shake a stick at. How lucky is JPM? Gets himself a Rolex in his first attempt.

It's always good! It's like an All Star race for motorsports. It has become one of the premier races in the world. Drivers representing 22 different countries and all forms of motorsports, from NASCAR to F1 to Touring Cars and beyond, showing up to race the best of the best for 24hrs. Was it good? Hell Yes! It was great.
