What is the best cleaner for the seats, interior, and exterior of the boat? Anything you have tried and did not like would be helpful.

soapy water. DO NOT use armor all. I was told by my dealer that this will break down the interior. When the stitches in the interior get dirty, I was told to use weak solution of bleach diluted in water and a q-tip. as for the exterior... DUCKY!!!!! Also use a synthetic chamois... I use "The Absorber" ... http://www.theguildofautomotiverestorers.com/car_products.htm#Absorber
Two of these and two people can dry the boat in about 5-10 mins.
Also, I was told to use 3M wax.

Fantastic, don't leave home without it!
make sure you spray a fine mist evenly on the surface you are cleaning (vinyl), if you let the solution drip or run, you will be able to see the clean "runs". What i do is spray on and immediately scrub with a soft bristle nylon scrub brush or soaked towel.
ducky.... same thing, get a fine mist of it on the surface you are spraying or cleaning. Also, make sure your cleaning towel is damp, not soaking wet, just damp with fresh water.
