Anyone out there have a 22v, or similar boat with the factory ballast and a heater? I was thinking of installing a heater but I think the ballast tank infront of the driver gets in the way of where the heater core would need to go, any ideas??? Also, are there any other heater brands than heatercraft? I know it sounds pitiful but our recent cold snap of 90 degree days have pushed our water down to a chilly 83!!!;) Winter is on its way, to us floridians.

Sorry man I dont have the factory ballast, but I do have the heater.

Are you looking for dimensions of the heater?

Or looking to get rid of those water bricks and put a U-Bag up front :)

Getting rid of the tanks crossed my mind, but I just wanted to know where the heater mounts.

I have a factory installed heater on my 24v. I think the 22v is the same. It is on the bottom of the drivers side dash in the storage compartment. I am headed out on the lake tomorrow, I'll try to take some pics.

Should mount inside the storage compartment on the starboard side on the high side.

The heater is 18'" off the floor and sticks out 10" from back of the compartment and is 16" wide.

At the lowest point on the heater is sticks out about 8". It sits just above my sub

Lee,
Do you know if the heater will fit above the factory ballast tank?
