Not enough trucks?

I'm being told that Tigé is having trouble getting enough trucks to ship... is anyone else seeing this? I'm told that my boat was shrink-wrapped on friday and is waiting for a truck to become available for the trip to austin.:confused:

Dont know about Trucks, do know my 24v was supposed to be here in 5 weeks and just got to the dealer, it took 8 weeks! Cant wait to pick it up next week.

I don't know if trucks are the problem or what, but we were told 5 weeks and then it turned into 8 or 9. Oh well, just more anticipation. Hope the 8 or 9 doesn't turn into 10, 11, and so on......

well, I was told its done, and the shrink wrap went on almost a week ago. Can anyone at Tigé shed some light on this?

if you aren't too far away call them up and ask them if you can pick it up. you can at least ask ya know

Thanks Harvey, I just heard from Damon at the ski dock and he said it'll probably be able to go out tomorrow. :D Keeping my fingers crossed...

I ordered my boat on 3/8 and found out today that it will be delivered to the dealer on 4/6, so it still looks like I am still on track for 6 weeks.

I ordered mine in mid-feb... heard from Damon at the ski dock, he said that Tigé told him that there would probably be on the truck tomorrow! :D

yeah... only problem is I cant get off today, and I dont think thats an option, since the dealer still has to prep it.

couldn't you get it and then bring it to the dealer? I'd be asking that. My dealer would let me do it, but who knows about others. Hope you get it soon, I know you'll like it.

its possible, but the trailer is at the dealer already. I've got a custom tandem axle w/ some pimp-*** rims waiting for the boat to arrive. I suppose I could go pick it up, head up to abilene, but I cant get off work anyways. So, its a moot point... especially since its supposed to ship out today.

You ever ride out a Lake Medina? My aunt and uncle are building a house right down the rode from that lake and from what I have heard that lake is beautiful. The wife and I will probably make a trip out that way this summer.

I have no clue...its my aunt and uncle. I just know that they are clearing out the land and are just starting to build. I have never really been down in that area to know.

well, just heard from Marcia at Tigé... my boat left @ 9am this morning and is probably being unloaded as I write this. Assuming the wire transfer goes through in time, I should be picking it up tomorrow afternoon!
