what's in the factory ballast

I have a '99 21V and would like to add some ballast. I was wondering what size sacs the factory ballasts come with and where they are located. I'd like to get some sacs similar to the factory ones to properly weight the boat.

it is a total of 1000 lbs. I believe it is 250lbs in each locker and another 250 in each storage compartment in the front. basically the four corners.

I can't say what's in the new factory ballast systems, but I have a 2000 21V that throws a nice wake. I'm running two 350lb Launch pad v-drive sacs in the back, and the Launch pad lounge in the front walkway(I think it's 500lbs). The lounge is tough. You can jump on it and it won't bust, and the top layer has 3 layers of pvc so you don't have to worry about something popping it. I also have a couple of sand bags to counter the weight of batteries, subs, etc.
