Check these links out. They are for the new flying tubes, seems taht alot of people are getting hurt real bad.

They have been outlawed on several Corp of engineers lakes in MO and OK

The problem is the Water Patrol can't enforce the ban b/c its not state law.

Another problem is an everyday joe that buys one and doesnt have a clue and ends up killing someone.

Just a warning to anyone who trys it: wait for some wind, keep the boat at a safe speed (under 25mpg) and go against the wind. You'll get plenty of altitude, wear two vests, helmet, earplugs & you're good to go.
