what kind of tower is on your 24ve? Looks good
It is a "Explosion" tower.
It is the main tower they are using out of the Corona dealer.
Its real solid and has good lines.
It is also about 6" taller than the Tige tower.
Here is another picture.

Did you say taller?
I always like to hear that word...:D
I guess that is the tower they are using on the VE?
Are they using it on the regular as well?

I just bought a 22V with the same tower

I'm only 6'3" and with that tower I have headroom under the 10' bimini, and there still 6" left between the speakers and bimini.

If you go take a look in the gallery under wrangler, you will see that we have a very similar tower called the ChaChing...the difference being the side billet piece. The explosion tower looks very clean...

I like the ChaChing tower, especialy the "tige" in the billet piece.
Does the ChaChing have a nav. light on top. That one thing I like about the explosion tower. Those deck mounted poles with the light on top don't work to well, they kill your night vision when you look to the stern.
I hear that explosion towers will be coming out with a billet piece soon.

I was looking at that tower too. It's beautiful. Nice claen lines, looks pretty simple to collapse. How is it strength wise?

Zany...we don't have the light at the top of the tower...which I would have liked... The light in the back is bothersome...but with the perko light, it isn't as bright and doesn't tend to blind so bad... I still would have liked the tower light... Congrats again on the boat...
Nickypoo,
It collapes really easy once you get the front bars off the front studs.
The tube diameter is larger than the tige tower, so it's real solid.
Thanks Wranger, I can't wait to take it out, I just got my AZ #s, so now I'm legal.
Who makes the tower and where are they located?
Lee,
I think the name of the Company is the same as the tower name "Explosion". It's a local company, (Inland Empire).
Give the guys at Tige Watersports a call and I'm sure they can give you the run down on the company.
