What type of oil does everyone use in their boats? i'm getting ready to change it for the first time and just wondering. Thanks

Mercruiser recomends their oil[no surprise there] whitch is a 15/40 mix.If not then they say a straight weight 40.A lesser choise would be a name brand 15/40.This is for boating above 50 degree air temp.
