Lake Powell Jet Ski Canyon Video

My daughter and my niece took one of our Jet Skis out early one morning form the houseboat and shot this video. It is 4 min. long. There are some cool mirror sections that you cant tell where the water is and it makes you feel like you are flying in the air.

WOW great video, I have only been lucky enough to be on water that smooth (it was last summer), and I shot some photos....I remember it being very dizzying at the time because you couldn't distinguish the water from the land at times.

It's in Wetherill Canyon. It's across from Dangling Rope Marina. Around buoy mile 40.

We did take my son wakeboarding down that canyon. I can't seem to find the video though? I'll keep looking.
The video was taken at 6:47:04 AM. I'm sure I had already been skiing and was eating breakfast when my daughter and niece wanted to capture the illusion on video and took one of the Jet Skis.

I've been to Powell a handfull of times and never had a chance to capture that kind of video.

I'm just glad she took the camera with her and got it. That will get us through till July.
