95 Tige Teak Swim Platform

I just had my boat wrapped up for the winter. I removed the swim platform to refinish over the winter. Does anyone have any tips or recomendations on how to do this? I am not sure if I should oil it or stain and varnish it. Currently it is pretty faded.

Teak cleaner, sand, cleaner again, rinse and let fully dry. Then teak oil...several light coats. Some go as far as pulling deck apart and doing each piece of wood individually.

2000 20CI. I used my mouse sander and easily sanded the swim platform last winter. Paints Plus sent me Sikkens Cetol Marine Teak Finish. Went on easy and lasted great. Looks wet all the time. M&M
