Just curious if anyone out there can recommend any board racks that fit an 03 22v tower that fold down or swivel or just generally get out of the way.

Here is the problem - the boat lives in a garage - when I back it in I have about 8" on each side clearence. I can now back it in no problem but when we first got it I caught them on the sides and managed to bend the forks a bit on them. I now take them off each time b4 I put it away.

Also the metal edges alway seems to catch and scratch the boards.
Does anyone know of any racks that will swivel down (or up).
Also ones that are covered w/ foam (something like a foam on bike handlebars)

Thanks

Monster Tower makes quick release board racks so you can take them off with a few clicks and pulls without having to unscrew anything.

They are not as expensive as others either.

Samson Sports makes a swing in rack that is machined into the tower. Scott may be able to retro fit an 03 tower by replacing the rear support. we have them on our 04 24V and its great to not have to stand on the side to get boards down. contact scott at
