View Full Version : How many riders can my boat carry?
I know it probably says in the owner's manual, but I'm at work with the boat and I don't have the manual. Isn't there supposed to be a little aluminum-type plate somewhere that tells you max people/weight? Anybody know where it is on a 2002 (August 02, really the new 03-type hull) 21iR?

All Tiges come with a yellow and white Occupancy sticker, it is usually mounted somewhere near the dash, mine is on the passenger side in the walkway. Hope that helps.
Sometimes they come off when the get wet though  :D

For boats over 20 feet there is no legal limit on the number of passengers. The sticker provided by Tige (and other manufacturers of 20+ foot boats) is simply a recommendation for safety. Exceed the limit and handling will become affected along with the safty.
You can legally pack as many people as you want into a 21 foot boat. But if the water police decide it is unsafe you may be cited.

My 2100v came with no sticker. Realistically, 8-9 adults...after that it gets kinda cozy
