How much weight are people running and where at. I am currently running the 2,000lb pro ballast on a 2010 Rz2. However thinking of adding some more weight into the mix also purchesed a new prop.

tige likes more weight up front if you set taps to 8.if you set it to 3 or 4 you can do the normal 60/40.

the pro ballast is just that. if you use much more weight you will have to change the prop.

I have a new ACME 1235 on the way i am thinking of adding 800lbs to the front and 1200 in the rear. It would be like stacking two pro ballast option's on top of each other.

Fuel consumption won't be that much different with a 1235 on the boat. I would recommend sticking closer to a 50/50 weight distribution if possible. That will give you a neutral shape that you can adjust with TAPS.
