Any help would be a blessing: Loose tower

I need to tighten up my tower, and don't want to mess up the upholstry.
How is the side panel removed to access the rear nuts?
Any advise appreciated. It wobbles pretty bad.

I have a v drive, on the left side I can get to it through the ski locker.
On the right side, I have to remove the ice chest.
I forgot to mention that I need a 14” extinction and a ¾ socket.

My boat's a few years older, but the screws holding on my side panel are inside the upholstry seam. They're kinda hard to get to and required a square bit. Have fun (I didn't enjoy it very much!).
