exhaust leak

On my 03,21i with350mpi,315 hp merc. I think my exhaust manifold has a leak[I hope thats what it is] Can someone tell me if that is something I want to replace myself?

what torque should I clamp the manifold bolts down at? any ideas?

the exhaust manifold? 25lb-ft. start in the middle and your way out.
the riser to the exhaust manifold? 20lb-ft first pass 33lb-ft second pass. tighten evenly using an "x" pattern.
